Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Guild Master Tycoon mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

Certain features of the App may require you to create an account or sign in through a third-party service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or design flaws to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use any automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer virtual items, currency, or other content for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). All In-App Purchases are processed through the applicable platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to that platform's terms and payment policies.

• All In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the platform's refund policy.
• Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• We reserve the right to modify, manage, regulate, control, or eliminate virtual items and currency at any time, with or without notice.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the App:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Posting or transmitting any content that is offensive, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely claiming an affiliation with any person or entity.
• Cheating, hacking, or using exploit tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or personal information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and game mechanics, is the property of Guild Master Tycoon or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

8. User-Generated Content

If the App allows you to submit, post, or share content (such as guild names, chat messages, or profile information), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the App. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Guild Master Tycoon and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Guild Master Tycoon and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Guild Master Tycoon operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
